Nestled in the heart of Eleuthera, The Vine House is a 3,200-square-foot luxury villa that offers a perfect blend of tranquility and style. Designed to maximize its breathtaking views, this spacious home features expansive glass windows that open up to 180-degree vistas of the turquoise Bahamian sea. With a serene setting overlooking a pristine beach and ocean, The Vine House provides an unmatched tropical retreat.
Villa Features
- Bedrooms: Four, including two master suites with king beds and ocean views and two guest suites with queen beds | All bedrooms have private, en-suite bathrooms
- Capacity: Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably (additional rollaway beds available upon request)
- Living Space: Large open-concept great room with soaring 20-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling Nana doors leading out to a spacious patio with a private pool (unheated) and a gas grill.
- Kitchen & Dining: A modern kitchen equipped with all essentials, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and dishwasher, as well as cookware, dishes, silverware, etc.. The dining area offers views of the ocean, perfect for enjoying meals with a backdrop of paradise.
- Additional Features: Travertine marble floors, Hansgrohe & Duravit fixtures, a wet bar, and an office area with a desk for working remotely or planning your next adventure.
The villa also comes with high-speed Starlink Internet, Direct Smart TV, air conditioning, a full laundry room, and plenty of closet space. For your convenience, housekeeping is available for an additional fee of $50 per day. A backup generator ensures you’re always powered up in case of any outages
Beach & Sky Beach Club
Just a 3-minute walk from The Vine House, you’ll find a mile-long, deserted pink-sand beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing by the ocean. The clear, calm waters make it an ideal spot for families, and the large barrier reef just off the coast protects the beach from strong waves.
The villa is part of Sky Beach Club, offering exclusive access to its fine-dining restaurant (Pascal’s) and a spectacular beachside pool with poolside service. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a cocktail at the swim-up bar, or dining at the restaurant, you'll experience true luxury in an intimate, private setting.
Please note, while Sky Beach Club offers excellent amenities, it is not a full-service resort, so there is no gym, spa, or room service available.
